On a blog i have, i get total rubbish blog comment titles like this, and a fair bit of time worse than this. "I need people, link me" or "Help india by adding blog to yours" just 2 of a whole heap of junk i have had. I find it most funny finding things like this over the web.

As an english person, you can see what they are trying to say in some cases, but other cases it could mean one of several things.
