Busy week on BlogStorm: 70,000 uniques in 3 days

by Patrick Altoft on / no responses

The last few days have been pretty busy on BlogStorm, breaking all records for traffic.

Thanks to two stories on the Digg front page, a load of traffic from StumbleUpon and a front page article on Sphinn the site has had 75,000 unique visitors in the last 3 days.
The hosting handled the traffic well and didn’t even slow down under the load from Digg. In fact for 2 days it ran at 100% uptime and the third day it was at 99.34%. I use Burton Hosting and pay $21 per month.

We still have one advertising spot available at a cost of £200 per month.

Congratulations! It’s amazing! 75000! That’s huge! Smile

Will learn from you to try to get, at least 5 percent of that figure Smile

Kind regards from Spain,

Paquito.

Have you had an references generated resulting in consulting? I noticed your blog a few days ago from a digg post, thought ‘i know why he’s writing about that!’ – i am doing some very simular tactics – but havent put myself out there as a consultant yet…
