How to make money on your blog with ChipIn
I found a neat new widget today that allows you to make a bit of extra cash from your websites.
The intention behind ChipIn seems to be similar to the Buy me a beer plugin for WordPress.
The ChipIn interface is very cool and works perfectly. There are widgets for most of the social networking sites and blogging platforms such as Blogger and WordPress.

Widgets that ask your readers to donate money are not always hugely successful. If you give people a specific reason to donate money such as a new server to keep a free tool running then you stand a greater chance of success. My guess is that this widget will work well on sites that either give a way a lot for free or have a very large and strong community. If you have a blog then it is well worth testing ChipIn for a week or two.
To test ChipIn I created a Beer Money widget which you can see below:

ok I know I’m from just south of the border in north notts but $100 = £50 for a bear, are you buying it by the barrel?
Here a different idea of how to make make money blogging. You can use Kiqlo. You can upload stuff for free, download it and if you register you have a blog a profile and the ability to sell all your digital content. Basically it is the easiest way to create your own digital shop. It is a new concept and it is having a great success. It is entirely free, from the registration to the shop. Kiqlo does not take any cut from your sell and it uses Google check out.
Try it out if you like blogging and make money
Enjoy
