Made for Selling Text Links

by Patrick Altoft on July 31, 2007

Tobin over at Blue Hat SEO has an interesting post today about Making big $$$ with
Links
Why you should never buy links without checking their value
first.

Seriously, for every legitimate site that wants to make some extra
money selling a few text link spots there are 5 that are MFSTL (Made
For Selling Text Links) sites that will not pass any link juice.

If people want to make money with these sites then thats fine by me.
Just try to make sure you don’t fall into the trap of buying a link
that isn’t going to help you.

Everyone is trying to sell links these days. It’s a muddled and misleading market because it is so difficult to judge.
