Killer Link Building Strategies at a4u Expo
a4u Expo was my favourite conference of 2008 and this year it’s bigger than ever. Based in Londons ExCeL and with more useful actionable tips than most other conferences a4u is a great event to attend.
At 9.30am on Day 2 I’m speaking alongside Christoph C. Cemper, Lyndon and Jon Myers about Killer Link Building Strategies.

The conference costs £349 for affiliates but you can get 10% off using the code SPKD10.
The official description is below but my talk will be quite specific and will explain the key steps to link building success and look at some case studies of affiliate link building success.
Want to learn how to build high-value link targets and how to acquire them? This is becoming more and more important with the recent changes on Google. This session will help you understand the different types of links that are available today to acquire, and share some of the best ways to make sure you get them.
We will help you understand the blend of links required to succeed be it government, university or the theories behind the so called “paid linkâ€. Tools tips and tricks will be all shared in this session along with the panellist vast and varied experiences.
Link building is hard enough for “real” websites but for affiliates with few real life business relationships to leverage for links it can be extremely challenging. Without a scalable link building strategy most affiliate sites will be dead in the water.

Hi Patrick. Should the real advice not be to build a real website and not be an affiliate?
Nothing wrong with affiliate sites but you need to either build a brand or have a really good channel of link building.
Very much looking forward to your presentation Patrick – been an avid reader of Blogstorm from the very beginning! Will be nice to put a name to a face.
Nice post, thanks for sharing the same here, keep it up..!!
Will you be recording the presentation or uploading the powerpoint slides online after the event? I can’t make it to A4U Expo, but sounds really interesting.
Certainly will although perhaps in an edited form.
@ Wildebees, the two are not mutually exclusive.
Long term is where the big boys play, and if you want to go long term you need those wet and wild natural links. With a few unatural ones thrown in for good measure.
