Senior SEO Executive - Digital Agency - Kent

The South East’s leading IT and Search Marketing Digital Agency are looking to recruit a Senior SEO Executive to over see the day to day running of the Organic Search division. There is currently 5 people in this area of the company - you would report into the Head of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years SEO/SMO/SEM Agency experience and will have current SEO best practices knowledge with the ability to run campaigns on and off page along side Social Media Marketing strategies. You will also be involved with analysis and reporting.

Person: Ideally from an agency bacground with experience of day to day management of junior team members. Your organisational and project management skills need to be excellent. You will benefit from excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, energy, resourcefulness are the key attributes - and you must have your own transport.

Skills: Key phrase analyis, benchmarking, competitor analysis, content strategy development, link building (blogging, PR), social media development, conversion development strategy, key performance metrics, resposnibility for executing seo work for a number of clients, day to say supervision of junior members, SEO and SMO reporting, marketing trends, managing client expectations via client meetings and telephone calls and proactively selling services to your client portfolio.
