PHP Web Developer Manchester - to 25K + benefits - PHP5, MYSQL5, HTML, XHTML, CSS

A PHP web developer is required by award winning Manchester online marketing agency, Fluid Creativity.

As a result of new business wins, Fluid Creativity are looking to expand their highly skilled team and are looking for a new Web Developer. Candidates must have commercial experience of object oriented PHP5 and MySQL 5 (although experience with other relational database systems would be sufficient). Candidates must also be able to compose strict HTML/XHTML and CSS conforming to current standards and semantics along with a good knowledge of accessibility techniques. Ideally candidates should also be aware of and know how to cater for SEO issues which need to be considered as part of development. We are looking for someone who possesses a thirst for knowledge with an up-to-date understanding of current web trends, technologies, standards and techniques.

Essential Skills - Commercial experience of:

- PHP5 and MYSQL5
- HTML, xhtml
- css

Advantageous Skills:

- Javascript
- W3C standards
- ASP (VBScript)
- Linux
- XML and UML
- Knowledge of SEO requirements

You will be working on a number of exciting projects for a wide spectrum of clients from Sole Traders to Blue Chip companies. You will be integral to all projects as creative and technical input is encouraged from all staff members.
