MARKETING DIRECTOR / HEAD OF MARKETING – LONDON (REF: RH\0009ES, Closing Date: 05/11/2009)

With an enviable client list and industry recognition which extends from GC Awards for Innovation to Computing Awards for Excellence we are seeking a Marketing Director to shape, implement and take ownership of the B2B marketing strategy of a fast-growing business in a high profile capacity.

As the Marketing Director you will lead and evaluate all marketing activities, conduct competitor and customer analysis and develop the strategic approach and implementation of marketing activities focussing, in particular, on product marketing. You will gain full control of the marketing budget delivering all marketing activity within agreed funds and deadlines ensuring return-on-investment.

In general you will wholly responsible for…

• Overall company marketing strategy including lead generation
• Company and product branding and brand strategy
• Product marketing and launch including campaigns and tactical marketing
• Recruitment and management of Marketing Department

Your CV should demonstrate a previous background occupying a senior marketing role creating and delivering general marketing and branding strategy alongside new product launches (ideally software) within a consulting/ IT solutions environment. You will be able to show experience of managing teams and multiple stakeholders whilst working with senior executives and as well as external suppliers.

You will possess strategic planning and analysis skills combined with strong budget management and programme planning skills. You will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills. By nature you will be results and customer focussed with an innovative and creative mind.
