Job Role:
To proactively support the Head of Online in all aspects of their role and to be the internal and external day to day contact on allocated areas of the Select Property digital marketing business. Focus is required on accurate administration of the digital marketing initiatives undertaken and the ability to write compelling content for the web.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Head of Online to research and prepare background information for briefs/presentations/projects as required
• Management of day to day media requirements including monitoring the performance of the PPC & SEO initiatives, booking listings & display media placements & ensuring that effective administration of the media and financial requirements are met
• Specific understanding of writing content for the web that is aligned with the Select Property SEO approach. The role will require content derived from other areas of the business to be interpreted for the web and implemented across the relevant Select Group websites/blogs
• Work with the Head of Online to develop beneficial relationships with all third party agencies.
• Understand the media markets in which you are actively involved and ensure that you keep other team members up to date with developments within the market, e.g. new opportunities, and circulation trends.
• Support team in negotiations by collecting and reviewing relevant information.
• Familiarisation with the Select Property digital strategy and tactics, including visitation & lead generation, improving onsite conversion, E-CRM, and digital advocacy (covering media channels, creative & functionality)
• Awareness of the Select Property proprietary tools
• Work with members of the Marketing team to ensure all actions are scheduled and delivered on time (and budget where required)
• Responsible for maintenance of systematic and efficient filing system.
• Ensure that all bookings are accurate, matched with media schedules and supported with separate confirmations.
• Deal with any invoice queries quickly, involving Head of Online if required.
