How Google targets new Adwords customers

Zorgloob has an interesting screenshot from inside Google AdWords showing cost and page view data overlaid onto the organic search listings.

Matt Cutts says this is a “new customer acquisition” tool and is not used by the search teams but it’s interesting nonetheless.

You can bet Matt has some much more interesting data than simple AdWords estimates. I’m guessing things like overall domain trust, page trust, traffic data from the toolbar and real pagerank.
