Hire the employee for the position of SEO but i lived in Asian Country that why I can’t Apply that position..
Of course you can !!! Everyone can apply for that position . I would love too , However I live in the UK , and I’m working for myself buliding SEO websites, directories and creating untold rules .

Is the position virtual? May be it would been better if there was just basic job description so that only those who fulfill certain norms could apply as I am not in favor of going through hundreds of e-mails from just about everybody.

Out of curiousity, how long does training for SEO take for your company? Are any of your current employees virtual? Would think that the job could be, but that has always scared me a bit not exactly knowing who you are employing haha
