5 Affiliate sites you wish you started

This is a short post with some research I’ve been doing into affiliate sites. Not much information to add other than I wish I started these sites and I wish I’d bought uswitch in 2006.

I can’t see auto generated shopping sites having much value since they rely too heavily on Google but the others are going from strength to strength. Confused.com has even been able to switch away from getting paid for sales and now gets paid for every quote instead!

Money Supermarket

Valued at £1 billion

confused.com

Valued at £700 million

uswitch.com

Sold for £210 million in March 2006

kelkoo.co.uk

Sold to Yahoo for £318 million in 2004

shopping.com

Sold to eBay for £300 million in June 2005

looked at this and i find that alot of people have some great ideas but they believe that it will fail even before they have even tried, because why has no one else thought of it before me myself am a very hard worker but i have a ability to drive myself to the limits even if people think you would fail i will prove them wrong! i have idea but dont know where it is going this is were i am stuck..! i need to get the name first as a trade mark but i think i may be on to something..! is there much still out there in the form of sites that find everything for u or to help u find things…?

Thanks for opening my eyes to new affiliate sites. I wish people search and discover newer affiliate programs instead of backing and betting on old horses again and again.

do you know more affiliate websites?

Uts really,
btw, tell me about instal code TNX, this time i’am not yet understand, tahnks and sorry iam take question TNX here

Thank You

Some of the newer affiliate sites have better deals and options in my experience. As a web developer I am constantly searching out new ways of making money as I shuned Google Adwords and tradedoubler a long time ago - profit just seems too diluted. I have since found smaller start-up affiliate companies to work alot better.
